Very efficient way to learn a foreign language is reading, reading and reading.
In e-libraries you can download thousands of books in Russian for free (because the Copyright in Russsia is not really respected yet), e.g. here http://aldebaran.ru/, http://lib.ru/. I read the books an my PDA (Pocket Digital Assisttent). Here I've already explained how to read the books on PDA. Additionally you can install the dictionary, it would be super! You can easy click upon an unknown word and immediately shows the translations.
